How does the Cozy Cup Club subscription work?

Pick a plan (monthly, 3-month prepaid, or 12-month prepaid), choose your grind (Whole Bean or Ground (Medium / Drip)), and we curate a themed box of 3-4 coffee goodies that ships out the first of every month.

Can I skip a month or cancel?

No pausing on prepaid plans. If you're looking for the ability to cancel or skip a month, our month-to-month option is the best plan for you — it offers all the flexibility you need.

How does the grind preference work?

When you subscribe, you choose your preference: Whole Bean or Ground (Medium / Drip). That becomes your default for every box. You can change it anytime, or override it for just your next shipment, from your account dashboard.

When am I billed?

Monthly plans are billed on the same day each month, around the time your next box ships. Prepaid plans (3-month, 12-month) are billed once at signup and never again until the term ends.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Yes. Prepaid plans are the most popular gift option. Choose 3-month or 12-month and we will include a handwritten note. We can also send a digital gift card if you would rather let them pick the plan.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes. We partner with cruelty-free brands and use recyclable or compostable packaging. Sustainability is part of our cozy mission.

Everything we promise about getting your box from us to your door.

When do boxes ship?

Boxes ship the first of each month. Place your order by the 15th of the month prior to receive next month's box. Most US orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after ship date.

Is shipping included?

Yes. Your subscription price includes shipping and tax anywhere in the US. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay every month.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the US only. International shipping is coming soon. Join our waitlist (sign up at the bottom of the home page) to be the first to know when we expand.

How do I change my shipping address?

Update your address in your account dashboard at least 3 days before your next ship date (the 12th of the month) so we have time to update the label. If you miss the cutoff, send us a note and we will do our best to redirect.

My box never arrived. What now?

Reach out via the contact form below within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will help track it down or send a replacement. Carrier delays happen, but we will make it right.

What if I do not like something in my box?

If something in your box doesn't spark joy, send us a note via the contact form and our cozy crew will do our best to make it right.

An item arrived damaged. How do I get a replacement?

Send a quick note via the contact form below with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We ship a replacement at no charge, no return shipping required.

Do you offer refunds?

Monthly subscriptions: cancel anytime before your next ship date for no further charge. Prepaid plans are non-refundable after the first box ships, but you can pause future shipments. Anything outside of these cases we handle on a case-by-case basis via the contact form below.

I received the wrong order. What do I do?

Use the contact form below with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will sort it out and ship the correct items at no charge.
